How satisfied are you with this response? The card is powered but not detecting usb pvu3-5l2u when connected, I think it may have lost driver or configuration when windows updated, I tried installing the driver but it has no effect, also tried to see if add hardware detection can help but it still not detected.

As for the storage controller it shows Microsoft storage space controller and Microsoft VHD Loopback controller both I do not know what they are referring to. I have tried the view option in the device manager it shows exclamation mark for ps2 mouse and ps2 kb as I am using USB mouse and kb instead, so that should be Pbu3-5o2u.
